About dealflow.fyi
dealflow.fyi is a living M&A data room — and the team that runs the sale on top of it — for software, API, and autonomously-run businesses valued between $1M and $50M. It is built and operated by Startups Studio.
Why we built it
Most acquisitions don't stall on price. They stall in diligence, when the numbers on a pitch deck fail to reconcile against the systems that actually produced them. A traditional data room is a folder of exports that goes stale the moment it is uploaded, and every buyer follow-up turns into a manual re-export and a new version to reconcile.
dealflow.fyi takes the opposite approach. The data room reads live from the seller's own production systems over restricted, read-only connections, and regenerates every document from that source on a single command. Every figure traces back to a dated, immutable snapshot, so the number and where the number came from are the same click.
What you get
- A living data room — revenue, users, and usage sync straight from Stripe, your database, product analytics, and your warehouse. Never copied from a dashboard, never out of date.
- Buyer-specific documents — one dataset, many narratives. Each buyer gets a diligence pack framed to their angle, refreshed on every sync.
- An auditable deal timeline — a changelog records every metric shift and every meeting into a complete, verifiable deal history.
- An AI Traction & Agent-Readiness report — a score of how discoverable and usable a business is to AI agents, the fastest-growing class of buyer.
How we work
We use restricted, read-only keys and never write to your systems. Snapshots are immutable, access is confidential, and the full history is auditable. We do not replace your banker or your lawyer — we make them faster by giving everyone one source of truth.
Pricing
- Data Room — $500 per month, self-serve.
- Managed Sale — success fee from 2% of transaction value; we run the process end to end.
- Studio — bespoke, for funds, holdcos, and serial acquirers.
