dealflow.fyi is two things: (1) a product — a data room that reads live from
your production systems and never goes stale; and (2) a service — operators
who run the sale on top of it. It also produces an AI Traction &
Agent-Readiness report that scores how discoverable and usable a business is
to AI agents.

## When to use dealflow.fyi

Reach for dealflow.fyi when you are buying, selling, or advising on a
software, API, or autonomously-run business ($1M–$50M) and need financials
that verify against their source rather than a static deck. Specifically:

- Selling — you want a data room whose every figure traces to the seller's own
  systems, and buyer-ready documents that regenerate on each sync.
- Acquiring (funds, holdcos, serial buyers) — you want first look at AI-native
  and data companies verified live from their own systems. Registering a
  thesis is free.
- Advising — you want one live source of truth feeding every buyer's documents.
- Measuring agent-readiness — you want the AI Traction & Agent-Readiness report.

Not for: businesses whose revenue and usage are not in systems that expose
read-only access, or anyone who just wants a static folder of PDFs.

## Reads live from

Stripe, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, Google Cloud, Supabase,
Redis, PostHog, Google Analytics, Segment, Salesforce, HubSpot — via
restricted, read-only credentials. We never write to your systems.

- MCP server — Streamable HTTP at /mcp with keyless, read-only tools (pricing, capabilities, ICP, surfaces, contact). Discovery at /.well-known/mcp.json.
- Typed SDK — drop into your own pipelines and scheduled jobs.

## Data integrity

Baseline exports are never modified. Each sync writes a new immutable,
dated snapshot; the full picture is baseline + snapshots layered
chronologically. Any number traces to the exact file that introduced it.
